How we work
Export process
Every order follows the same ten stages. The sequence is deliberately simple so you always know where your consignment stands and who to ask.
Step 01
Inquiry
You send the commodity, grade, volume, packing preference and destination port. The more precise the enquiry, the faster the offer.
Step 02
Requirement review
Our export desk checks availability, seasonality and whether the specification is achievable at the volume requested.
Step 03
Quotation
You receive a written offer covering price basis, packing, lead time and the documentation set that will accompany the consignment.
Step 04
Order confirmation
Terms, payment method and shipping window are agreed and confirmed in writing before production begins.
Step 05
Processing
Stock is drawn and processed — milling, grading and sorting for grain; ginning for cotton; grading and packing for fresh produce.
Step 06
Quality inspection
Lots are sampled and tested against the agreed specification. Third-party inspection can be arranged where a buyer or market requires it.
Step 07
Packaging
Bulk or customised packing is applied and labelled, with lot identity maintained so the consignment stays traceable.
Step 08
Documentation
Export paperwork is prepared for your market. Certificates are issued by the relevant authorities and inspection bodies for each shipment.
Step 09
Shipment
Cargo is loaded at Karachi / Port Qasim. Our mill sits beside the port area, which keeps handling and loading time short.
Step 10
Delivery
Shipping documents are released as agreed and we stay reachable through arrival and clearance at destination.
Documentation and certification
Export documentation is prepared per shipment and per destination market. We do not publish a certification list on this site until the underlying certificates have been supplied and verified — if your market requires specific certificates or inspection protocols, raise it with the enquiry and we will confirm exactly what we can provide.
Start with an enquiry
Send the commodity, grade, volume, packing and destination and we will move straight to a quotation.
